I purchased this for my Husband. I am very happy that I found a way for him to dispose of his diabetic needles properly. I thought that we would be able to take it pharmacy or Dr. office to have it emptied when full and then be able to reuse it, but not sure that can be done after read the information that came with the item. If I have to purchase a new every time it is full not sure that I will.
